Healing Services at Yoga squared
When we opened the doors of our newly expanded Yoga Squared, we knew we wanted it to continue to be a place for wellness & healing. We are currently offering Massage, Reiki, + Infrared Sauna Appointments.
Massage: What to expect
YS is located at 754 W. Market Street in Highland Square. You will enter the studio through the front door, where your Licensed Massage Therapist or our Desk Yogi will be waiting to greet you. Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes early in order to inform your LMT of your requests, preferences, prior injuries, etc. You will then have time to enter tour Healing Room to undress to your comfort level. If you’ve never had a massage before, this part might be unfamiliar. Feel free to keep on or remove under garments in order to suit your specific needs. When you’re ready you will get under the covers on your heated massage table and prepare for the next 60-90 minutes of relaxation.
What kind of massage do we offer?
Good question! We believe that all massages should be custom in order to fulfill each and every person’s needs. So whether its a Swedish Massage + Deep Tissue Massage, or anything in between, you will be able to customize your session to obtain maximum benefit. The one thing you will have to choose prior to your visit is duration.

Who can benefit from a private Reiki treatment? Absolutely anyone seeking to feel aligned and energetically balanced. Reiki can also address deeper needs + specific health goals. Please reach out to Yoga Squared or your Reiki Master directly with any questions you might have about this service- we are always here to help.

You will stay fully clothed for your Reiki session.
In this private service at YS, you will be guided by your Reiki Master into a deeply relaxed state and receive hands-on assistance as well as healing life-force energy.
Each treatment will be individualized based on your personal healing needs, as discussed with your practitioner prior to your session.
